Milan based international, cross-border role offering career acceleration and high-impact client work across Marsh. Advising the international client coverage team , as well as the Global Head of PEMA from a strategic and operational perspective.
Marsh Risk’s PEMA (Private Equity & M&A;) practice services private capital clients on risk and insurance across the full life cycle of their investments, including for M&A; . We are looking for a candidate to join Marsh’s European PEMA client coverage team, working with Italian PE as well as with international PE’s doing deals in Italy .
Mergers, acquisitions, and divestments are among the riskiest and most complex business transactions. Our global PEMA team has been advising clients on evaluating and managing deal-related risks, as well as optimising risk & insurance frameworks across their portfolio companies, for over two decades.
