pFor a new logistics site of an important international company operating in the Retail sector, we are looking for a bLogistic /b bTeam Leader Inbound /b who will be responsible to provide an efficient and well-organised inbound flow from both operational and administrative perspectives. /ph3MAIN ACTIVITIES /h3pReporting directly to the Department Manager Inbound, the candidate will: /pulliEnsure an efficient and well-organised inbound flow from both operational and administrative perspectives. /liliEnsure the department is staffed with the required number of employees with the appropriate qualifications and competencies. /liliEnsure daily execution of operational warehouse tasks. /liliProvide regular, timely and objective feedback to the Department Manager. /liliTake responsibility for daily operations in the absence of the Department Manager. /liliPromote employee engagement and motivation. /liliParticipate in continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes. /liliMonitor KPIs and employees' daily performance. /liliSet clear goals and follow up on execution. /liliEnsure an efficient Inbound operation. /liliLead inbound operations, performance management, absence meetings, employee dialogues, goal setting and vacation planning. /liliPrepare and update team schedules in compliance with labour legislation.
