market intelligence and marketing communications.Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and converting analysis into decisions, implementation plans and measurable business results.Experience in packaging, labels, specialty materials, paper, chemicals or process manufacturing is a strong plus; international and multicultural experience is preferred.Strategic, analytical and commercially focused, with strong financial acumen and hands‑on execution.Strong project, process, change-management and stakeholder‑influencing capabilities.Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate across functions and work with autonomy and accountability.Proficiency in marketing planning, go-to-market, portfolio and pricing fundamentals, market intelligence, business cases, KPIs and performance reporting.Working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation and digital marketing; advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
