h3bYour Responsibilities /b /h3ulliDefine the global strategy for the digital technology landscape of the Schär brand for the B2C environment. /liliPlan departmental goals, KPIs, and objectives, including budget allocation and cost control. /liliIdentify growth opportunities through quantitative analysis and execute initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and overall business growth. /liliHarmonize platforms, tools, and processes across the company’s digital ecosystem to ensure operational efficiency. /liliBuild a network with all local subsidiaries as well as all global Business Unit’s teams, aiming to pursue shared goals in a highly integrated and cohesive environment. /liliLead global strategic and operational and technical developments of online platforms and tools, including websites, landing pages, mobile apps, online activations (Customer Data Platform), marketing automation, and loyalty program. /liliEnhance user experience (UX) and usability across all digital assets to improve traffic, engagement, usage, and conversion rates.



/liliManage both internal and external service providers to ensure project delivery within defined timelines and budgets. /liliLead a team of approximately 10 people, fostering performance through inspiration, empathy, and curiosity /li /ulh3bYour Profile /b /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications or equivalent /li /ululli7+ years of relevant work experience either client-side or at digital agencies, preferably in the FMCG industry or lifestyle /li /ululliExperience with digital projects within CRM, websites and marketing automation /li /ululliDeep understanding of digital trends and innovations with a proven track record in marketing automation and intelligence /li /ululliAbility to lead, influence and work across different markets as well as building excellent relationships with the team, peers and executives /li /ululliHave managed digital partnersand programs across multiple geographies /liliFluent in English and preferably in German and/or Italian /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
