pFor our production plant in bSan Sisto (Perugia) /b we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced bSite Supply Chain Manager /b to join our team. /ppThe Site Supply Chain Manager represents supply chain in local plant management team and will put in place: /pulliRaw material call-offs /liliProduction scheduling /liliIn-plant logistics and inventory management/controlling /liliTransport planning call-off /li /ulpThe core purpose of the role is to deliver the supply plan of the site and collaborate with site leadership to enable the execution of this supply plan. The role will integrate safety and environmental requirements into all activities. /ph3Main Responsibilities Scope /h3ulliResponsible for overall performance of the site supply chain process /liliResponsible for a healthy and safe environment for stakeholders directly and indirectly involved in supply chain processes (and product movements) /liliOwns the raw material and packaging replenishment process to the site /liliOwns the production scheduling activity of the site (adherence to schedule/plan KPI) /liliOwns the relationship with Global planning regarding production planning parameters and output reviews /liliOwns the inventory management activity for raw material, packaging and finished product on site /liliOwns the warehousing and transport for flows to and from the site (may vary per local/regional SC context) /liliOwns the on-site logistics activities workforce (material handling, pallet movements, reception, (un)loading) /liliResponsible for site supply chain costs, quality and service for this scope /liliResponsible for site supply chain productivity. Drives initiatives to achieve productivity /liliResponsible for compliance of local supply chain process with regulations,



customer requirement and group standards /liliDevelops and maintains relation with internal and external stakeholders involved in supply chain /liliDrives initiatives to achieve quality and service improvements /liliCascades and monitors KPIs to deliver expected performance benefits.
