Job descriptionBarilla is looking for an Analytical Laboratory Technician. The position will report to the Lab Technician Pool Coordinator and it will be based in our Headquarters in Parma.
Job purposeThis role executes tests in the Barilla Analytical labs regarding chemical, rheological, and microbiological measures on raw materials, semi-finished, and final products to meet day-to-day project needs. It guarantees lab instrument maintenance and laboratory compliance with all safety procedures and rules.
Key Accountabilities
- Execution of all elements of an assigned test plan, from sample preparation to results acquisition.
- Proficiency in standard operating procedures.
- Contribution to developing new analytical methods.
