FunctieomschrijvingFor a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products we are looking for a Customer Service Representative.The resource will be responsible for maintaining high level of customers’ satisfaction through the proactive management of back orders for impacted products/customer. We offer a tempo pieno fixed term contract until the end of January 2027.Work area: Pratica di Mare (Pomezia)Hybrid work positionResponsabilitàThe post holder will: ● be accountable for outbound calls to the assigned customers in order to offer alternative products in substitution; ● Manage the replacement offer and the order processing, following guidelines and procedures: ● Track and report all the interactions with the customers recording on the dedicated system all the orders, changes, cancellations, delivery dates, application of products, and pricing. Responsible for summarizing and analyzing data and reporting of results; ● Collaborate with the sales force communicating with a scheduled timing results of all interactions with customers.



Functie-eisenThe ideal candidate possess: ● University degree or equivalent ● Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) ● Knowledge of SAP will is a plus ● Good level of English ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ● Interpersonal and teamwork skills; ● Ability to adapt to new systems and procedures. Technical skills: We are looking for a tech-oriented, curious individual with strong problem-solving and learning capabilities. Experience in using AI/LLM tools, including for technical problem-solving, is preferred, along with solid skills in Excel, SQL, and Power Automate, and a basic knowledge of Python. Experience with VBA, Power Query, Power BI/Power Apps, and Git would be considered an additional asset.
