pWe are looking for a Project Qualifications Planner to join HQ Project Qualifications Management teamin Milan. /ph3Reporting directly to the Senior Project Qualifications Planner, you will: /h3ulliAllocate and assess the feasibility of qualification tests during the tender phase. /liliSupport the bidding phase by identifying qualification slots and estimating related costs, timing and location. /liliOrganize and coordinate all the preliminary phases related to testing activities testing activities, including ordering and availability of materials (cables and accessories), workforce allocation (jointers), and laboratories allocation. /liliOversee the planning and preparation of electrical, mechanical and non-electrical qualification tests performed in External/Internal Laboratories. /liliHave a portfolio overview to properly allocate slots and workforce according to priorities. /liliEnsure on-time qualification execution through effective risk mitigation and performance monitoring. /liliInteract with Internal Customers to ensure correct and timely execution of all tests.



/li /ulh3We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and competencies: /h3ulliA master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field /liliMinimum of 4 years of proven experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry or a project-based business. /liliFluency in English and Italian both written and spoken /liliDeep knowledge of Excel and MS Project, ability to manage databases /liliOrganized mindset /liliFlexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills /liliWillingness to travel (also abroad, up to 50%) /liliStrong communication interpersonal skills /liliDecision making attitude, critical thinking /liliStrong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliType of contract: Permanent Tempo pieno /liliLocation: Milan /liliApplicable Collective Agreement : CCNL Gomma, Plastica, Cavi elettrici e affini. /l
