The candidate we are looking for possesses strong organizational skills, has already gained experience in similar roles, and will be integrated into an international and dynamic team. The role involves participating in the management and coordination of event operations, ensuring their proper execution according to management objectives.
Main Responsibilities and Duties




Manage or participate in managing and coordinating the operations for the shows within the portfolio. Prepare the "Participation Dossier", verify, together with the legal firm, the aspects related to the Regulations and GDPR (Privacy) and ensure their correct implementation in the event documentation; prepare the Useful Information for Exhibitors. Draft (using AutoCAD LT) and validate the event layout or the assigned Halls in coordination with the sales targets set by management, considering commercial needs. Manage the suppliers responsible for the realization of setups and/or various supplies. Oversee and control exhibitors' stand projects and obtain the necessary authorizations from the location. Guarantee effective communication between exhibitors and the sales and marketing teams to resolve or anticipate issues related to the realization of various areas.
