Job Title: ET Commercial Lead (Italy)
Reporting Line
Direct (solid line): VPGM/ET Dotted line: Market GM
Role Purpose
The ET Commercial Lead is the commercial owner of Enovis Enabling Technologies within the market , responsible for driving adoption, commercial optimisation, utilisation, and sustainable growth of ARVIS and future ET solutions.
The role works in close partnership with the implant sales organisation to position ET as a strategic growth driver , enabling both direct revenue and incremental implant business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Value-Based Selling & Commercial Ownership
Lead all commercial activities related to ARVIS (capital, rental, VBA models) Develop and execute
