Our approach considers people, process, and technology — and a successful engagement includes recommendations to the business for change to support deeper, more relevant use of the Salesforce platform.## OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE Salesforce is currently seeking a Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud Technical Architect to join our Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group (CSG). This role is centered on being a "Data" subject matter expert, leading the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Data Management solutions.
While Data Cloud (Data 360) expertise is a must, the ideal candidate will also possess a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive cross-cloud success.



The Technical Architect is responsible for architecting scalable solutions across enterprise landscapes, ensuring data is democratized and ready for enterprise AI usage. You will work closely with Project Managers and Technical Architects to ensure on-time, fully functioning integrations.
The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial atmosphere, communicates tactfully with business operations, and effectively designs, tests, and deploys complex software solutions.
