THE WORK:
Analyze business needs and collect requirements from client and business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and actionable items for technical teams.
Develop end-to-end functional knowledge of E-Commerce applications, customer journeys and integrations.
Manage client meetings, progress reviews and issue‐resolution sessions, ensuring clear follow‐up of actions and priorities.
Support the analysis and resolution of user-reported issues by combining functional knowledge with technical understanding.
Coordinate with development and support teams to investigate incidents, identify root causes and drive resolution.
Monitor activities, priorities, dependencies and risks to ensure effective project and service delivery.
Contribute to Incident, Problem and Service Management activities and continuous service improvement.
Support functional validation of fixes, enhancements and new E-Commerce capabilities.
Leverage Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or equivalent solutions to support analysis, troubleshooting,



documentation and daily activities.

Advanced proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
Intermediate proficiency in E-Commerce Operations and digital customer journeys.
Intermediate proficiency in Service Management and functional analysis.
Good understanding of web applications, integrations and REST APIs.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‐solving skills.
Ability to interact directly with clients and coordinate technical and functional discussions.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of studies.
