We are looking for a driven, proactive candidate to join our Slewing Rings and Ball Bearing Business Unit and play a key role in promoting the wider Gruppo Rima product portfolio.
Key responsibilities
Assisting the Sales Manager to nurture existing accounts and unlock new business opportunities.
Prepare commercial proposals and ensure rapid, effective follow-up.
Spearhead lead generation initiatives and collaborate seamlessly with sales teams across our international subsidiaries.
Handle order processing and management, with full training provided on our internal ERP and CRM platforms.
Represent the company at international trade exhibitions and manage post-event outreach.
Travel internationally for customer visits and events as business needs require.
Who we are looking for
English working proficiency (B2–C1 level).
Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
Flexibility to travel internationally, in line with the exhibition calendar and sales network demands.
Full driving licence (Category B).
Fluency in additional languages.
Experience with ERP and CRM software.




Additional technical background.
Technical qualification or an interest in industrial and technical products.
Previous experience in a sales team or back office.
