You act as a trusted advisor to managers, guiding people decisions and HR initiatives that support site success. payroll, and workforce planning processes Analyze HR data and trends to provide actionable insights for decisions Lead and contribute to local and global HR projects and change initiatives Promote company values and strengthen employee engagement across the site Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Several years of HR experience in an international manufacturing environment (Generalist or BP) Solid knowledge of Italian labor law and employee relations practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships at all levels Experience advising managers on performance, talent, and organizational topics Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills Analytical thinking and comfort with HR data and metrics Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
