GUCCI Global Influencer Relations Manager
As Global Influencer Relations Manager, you will lead Gucci’s worldwide influencer and creator strategy, shaping collaborations that deepen cultural relevance and brand desirability. You will work across Brand Image, Entertainment, PR, Marketing and regional teams to execute impactful organic and paid initiatives with top digital talents. You’ll identify emerging voices, negotiate partnerships, and integrate creators into key events and campaigns at scale. This role offers a chance to influence Gucci’s position in digital culture and fashion through innovative storytelling and performance-driven partnerships.

- Drive high-impact partnerships to boost desirability, relevance, and visibility
- Lead organic and paid partnerships, including negotiations and content usage rights
- Integrate creators into brand moments, campaigns, shows, launches and cultural initiatives
- Develop creator collaborations and social-first storytelling
- Synchronize creator content with Gucci's editorial calendar and amplify across channels
- Collaborate with Brand Image, Social, Entertainment, PR, Marketing and regional teams
- Support regions to implement a consistent global influencer vision and guidelines
- Foster long-term relationships with talents, agents and stakeholders
- Guide gifting and advocacy programs to generate authentic engagement
- Stay at the forefront of creator marketing, digital culture, and new platforms
- Utilize insights and performance data to optimize strategy and investments
- Set campaign KPIs and report on partnerships and gifting impact
