Our Business Development team in Italy plays a key role in supporting WSP's growth by coordinating tenders, supplier qualifications and proposal documentation across multiple business areas. As tender and procurement activity continues to increase, we are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to help manage tender processes accurately, efficiently and in line with requirements.
The opportunity
We are looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join our Business Development team in Italy. In this role, you will support the full tender lifecycle,



from analyzing opportunities and preparing documentation to coordinating internal inputs, submitting offers through procurement portals and supporting post-award activities.
How You Will Make An Impact
Your work will help WSP respond to tender opportunities efficiently, meet strict deadlines, monitor progress and maintain high-quality documentation throughout the proposal lifecycle.
- Tender analysis and planning: Review tender documentation, identify administrative and regulatory requirements, clarify deadlines and monitor progress for each submission.
- Proposal documentation: Prepare and coordinate administrative declarations, company information, certificates, bid justification materials and other documents required for tender submissions.
- Stakeholder coordination: Collect inputs from commercial, technical, legal, GRC and administrative colleagues, support offer drafting with the Commercial team and follow up
