As a Shift Leader , you will support the Front House Manager in the daily operations of the Front Office Team, helping ensure a smooth and efficient service while contributing to a positive and memorable experience for our guests.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Front House Manager in coordinating daily Front Office operations and ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout the shift.
- Welcoming guests and promptly assisting with their inquiries, requests, and needs, ensuring a professional and personalized experience.
- Handling check-in and check-out procedures, guest messages, and other Front Office tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.




- Supporting and assisting team members in their daily activities, fostering teamwork and ensuring consistent service standards.
- Supporting the onboarding and training of new team members and interns, ensuring they are properly trained on Front Office procedures, systems, and service standards.
- Coordinating with Event Department, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of operational needs.
- Staying informed about hotel services, guest preferences, special requests, and upcoming events to provide accurate information and anticipate guest needs.
- Maintaining Front Desk and lobby standards, ensuring a welcoming environment and compliance with safety procedures.
- Using Front Office equipment and property management systems in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Reporting operational issues and relevant guest feedback to the Front House Manager, supporting the smooth running of
