Responsibilities Support the development and management of customer relationships within the Energy & Mobility filtration business. Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements, application needs, and product performance expectations. Identify and develop new business opportunities through a consultative and solution-oriented approach. Provide technical support during product selection, feasibility assessments, and project development phases. Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to identify new applications for GVS filtration solutions. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations. Act as the primary interface between customers and internal functions, ensuring alignment on technical specifications, project timelines, and deliverables. Work closely with Engineering, R&D;, Product Management, and Operations teams to support the development of customized filtration solutions. Support validation and industrialization activities by coordinating customer requirements with internal technical teams.
Assist in managing technical inquiries, quality issues, product changes, and customer claims. Participate in customer visits, technical reviews, trade shows, and industry events. Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering. Comfortable with numbers and a strong interest in technical subject matter Previous experience, including internships or early-career roles, in technical sales, application engineering, product engineering, customer engineering, or business development is considered a plus. Interest in automotive, energy storage, e-mobility, fuel cell, filtration, industrial components, or advanced materials sectors. . Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
