Manager / Team Leader
In this role you will lead the installation, start-up and operation of advanced, highly automated production utilities for a new Mantova site. You’ll ensure safe, efficient, and compliant management of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and utilities generation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver reliable industrial services that support quality and continuous improvement. This is a strategic role in a greenfield project within a global organization focused on pets, people and planet.

- Build engineering capability within the Industrial Services team through competency assessments and development plans
- Plan, design, modify and improve industrial services plant, equipment and infrastructure
- Support operation and budgeting of industrial services; identify energy and water savings opportunities
- Ensure compliance with environmental,
quality and safety requirements in collaboration with contractors and Nestlé Purina Central Engineering
- Oversee design coordination, installation, commissioning and handover of new-built assets; lead safety inspections and audits
- Ensure process safety and personnel safety for industrial services plant and equipment
- Manage relationships with general contractors, trade contractors, suppliers, designers and consultants
- 5+ years experience in at least one Industrial Services engineering discipline
- Ammonia refrigeration background and experience for plants with large distributed ammonia systems
- Experience operating or supervising heating systems (gas boilers) or other large combustion systems
- Experience with P&ID;
- Experience with AHU, chillers, fire protection, water and steam generation, water treatment, BMS and electrical equipment
