pbProcurement Specialist / Buyer /b /p pOur Client, international holding active in real estate investment development, is rapidly expanding its operations in Italy and is seeking a /p p/ Milan-based / /p pThe Buyer will join the newly established Italian Procurement function and will provide operational purchasing support across both Construction activities and the ongoing management of the real estate portfolio through Property Facility Management. /p pThe role will focus on the day-to-day execution of the procurement process, including supplier sourcing, RFQs, tendering, bid comparison, negotiations, preparation of purchase orders and contracts, and follow-up of purchased goods and services. /p pThe Buyer will report directly to the Procurement Manager, Head of the function. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liManage day-to-day sourcing and procurement activities; /li liIdentify and source new suppliers, contractors, subcontractors and service providers; /li liPrepare and issue RFQs and tender documentation; /li liCollect,
