Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars. /p pbMain Responsibilities /b /p ul libSupport Site/Depot Management in achieving EHS performance /b /li liDrive the implementation of EHS policy on the field according to the Alstom/Region/Country-Cluster guidelines and targets, and the improvement of EHS results in the site. /li liAdvice, help, coach, support operational management in the EHS actions implementation to reach Alstom EHS objectives. Prepare the local yearly EHS plan consistent with Alstom strategy and objectives.



Mobilize and coordinate with others to meet those objectives and deploy the plan. Monitor the right deployment of the plan. /li liEnsure EHS Risk Assessment is done appropriate measures to control risks are defined for the Site. /li liPrepare, implement and maintain emergency plans at Site level (where applicable). /li liMake sure activities of sub-contractors are under control with respect to EHS, especially where interfaces are involved with other contractors or operational areas. /li liHas full authority and must stop any operational activity resulting in an immediate high risk to People or the Environment. /li libLead the EHS function in the Sites /b /li liMonitor, assist, coach, assess, develop the EHS teams in the site /li liConduct induction programs for new EHS people in the site. /li liInvolve social and medical partners and communicate with them about EHS /li liRSPP according to D.Lgs.81/08 /li libDevelop Site/Depot EHS
