Responsibilities include on-going post-sale customer support, on-site clinical visits for education sessions. Responsibilities will include also product demonstrations during pre-sale activities and congresses. /ppLocation: Roma /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide technical and clinical information to customer by demonstrating the full range of CT product features and benefits. /liliDevelop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software and applications of the GE Healthcare CT portfolio of scanners and post-processing workstation. /liliMonitor and control customer satisfaction through continuing education trainings, optimization of the performances of the GE Healthcare equipment utilized by users. /liliSupport trade shows and professional conferences by performing GE Healthcare product demonstration and workstation promotion as well as customer training.



/liliUse product knowledge to assist commercial and marketing teams in developing sales tools. /liliProvide post-training reports, regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs to the internal Sales and Service organization. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliTSRM or Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineer or related. /liliEasy to establish relationship with people, open and flexible to work outside of the office. /liliWillingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide for trainings, sales meetings and tradeshows. /liliSolid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers). /liliProven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process). /liliSelf-motivated, willi
