Position In this role, you will participate in the following activities: * Proactively manage the relationship with the distributor, with particular focus on after-sales service in your assigned sales territory, in order to build and strengthen a lasting and productive relationship; * Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer during the post-sale phase, supporting them in product-related decision-making processes and strategies,



in collaboration with the Export Area Managers and Customer Care; * Develop training programs and provide technical training—both at the company’s headquarters and at the customer’s site—regarding the operation, maintenance, and use of the machines; * Demonstrate a strong aptitude for hands-on work, particularly in the mechanical field, by directly providing support at the point of sale, as well as during demonstrations and laboratory tests; * Collaborate with the Marketing department to organize events and create product-related content. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering; * Professional background in mechanical or electronic engineering; * Strong inclination towards knowledge sharing and active engagement with the technology behind the company’s products; * Strong public speaking skills, both in front of large audiences and in one-on-one interactions; * Fluency in English for use in client interactions and in delivering technical content during training
