invoicing and other customer service activities. /p pWorking closely with Sales and collaborating with Logistics, Transport, Production, Finance, Marketing and the Fedrigoni France organization, you will ensure effective order management and a seamless service throughout the customer journey. /p pIn particular, you will be responsible for: /p ul liManaging the day-to-day needs of Benelux customers, including enquiries, quotations, sampling, order processing, delivery updates, invoicing and issue resolution; /li liBuilding strong relationships with customers and key internal and external stakeholders; /li liWorking closely with Sales to support commercial activities and contribute to business and service objectives; /li liCoordinating with Logistics teams and transport providers to ensure reliable deliveries and proactively manage potential delays or service disruptions; /li liKeeping customers informed through
