You will embody care, confidence, curiosity, and a strong sense of community, bringing elegance and warmth to every interaction. /p pWorking closely with guests throughout their stay, you will anticipate their needs, uncover their preferences, and create personalised moments that reflect the spirit of Belmond. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liFulfil Front Office operations according to company policies, standards, and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times. /li liResponsible for cash accounting, including the payment of guest bills. /li liCommunicate all relevant guest and group activity to the appropriate internal parties. /li liAnticipate guests’ needs and handle guests’ complaints professionally.
