Overview As Legal Counsel, you will draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements and support corporate governance in a leading transport group. You will contribute to strategic projects, extraordinary transactions and M&A; initiatives, acting as a trusted partner to management. The role involves mitigating contractual risk and providing guidance across the business while liaising in Italian and English. You will work from Milan, collaborating with a small legal team to influence at all levels and deliver practical legal solutions.
