Kidswear, Life and Fine Jewellery. /liliBuild and independently manage and nurture strong, long-term relationships with relevant key industry contacts, including talent agencies, influencers, stylists, photographers, managers, and other key partners. /liliDevelop strategic talent proposals and recommendations for key brand partnerships, campaigns, events, and other initiatives. /liliTake ownership of talent projects from initial concept and outreach through execution and follow-up, ensuring a high level of organization and attention to detail. /liliSupport and lead talent-related events and activations, including guest list strategy and management, talent outreach and coordination, logistics, dressing, and on-site execution. /liliEnsure seamless coordination between talent representatives, external brand partners, and internal teams, maintaining clear responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables
