Let’s see what it takes. /ph3What you will do: /h3ulliInvestigate and troubleshoot issues escalated from T1 involving backend, databases, and cross-system integrations; /liliReproduce bugs across web admin consoles, mobile apps, and backend APIsl /liliAnalyze logs, error traces, and metrics to identify root causes; /liliQuery production databases (read-only)
to validate data-related issues; /liliImplement small, low-risk fixes, including configuration changes, data corrections, and targeted code patches; /liliEscalate complex issues to Engineering with clear documentation and findings; /liliTrack incidents and outages through resolution, using monitoring and error-tracking tools to verify fixes; /liliMaintain and expand internal runbooks and knowledge bases to reduce recurring escalations; /liliMaintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI. /li /ulh3What you need to succeed in this role: /h3ullibExcellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written); /b /liliExperience in bTechnical Support, SRE, or Engineering /b, with strong troubleshooting and code-reading skills; /liliProven customer-facing experience in a technical support or customer support role; /liliStrong bSQL skills /b and experience with production-scale relation
