Overview In this role you drive high-impact HR transformation programs for enterprise clients, focusing on cloud HCM platforms. You will join the Digital team within Marsh People and Investments to guide end-to-end HCM technology adoption and delivery. You’ll map and optimize HR processes, design delivery models, and lead client engagements across industries. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you shape HRIS implementations and contribute to a culture of innovation and knowledge growth. Retribuzione / Benefits * insurance coverages * facultative health assistance * meal vouchers * optional stock purchase plan * lavoro da remoto policy * learning programs and well‑being initiatives Responsabilità * Coordinate end‑to‑end HCM and technology adoption projects for clients * Prepare business cases and technical assessments for HR IT systems * Analyze current HR processes and identify more efficient workflows * Contribute to delivery models for HR services * Act as focal point for clients in HR transformation and technology selection * Map end‑to‑end HR processes and collaborate with HR Advisory on improvements * Implement HRIS systems and support all project phases * Learn Mercer’s standard tools and methodologies * Support development of new business opportunities and intellectual capital * Coordinate project teams and develop management and leadership skills Requisiti fondamentali * Experience in Digital Transformation * Project experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and at least one certification in these technologies * Experience in HR/HCM consulting firms * Strong background in HR system architecture, data flows, and processes * Interest in innovation, process re‑engineering, organizational design, analytics, and tech trends * Experience managing direct and indirect teams * Excellent relationship‑management with vendors, suppliers, clients * Strong organizational and communication skills * Fluent English for international projects * leadership * stak
