BBE team members provide Environmental Consulting, Facilities Engineering and Program/Project Management Services to Federal and private sectors. /ph3Position Summary /h3pBBE is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Expeditionary Project Manager (XM) to provide project management services supporting NAVFAC EURAFCENT at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples (Capodichino), Italy, with expanded support across the EURAFCENT theater including three U.S. Geographic Combatant Commands (EUCOM, AFRICOM, and CENTCOM). This position reports to the NAVFAC EAC Expeditionary (EX) Directorate and supports their project management execution. This position is contingent upon contract award. /ph3Job Duties Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide independent, timely, and professional architectural and engineering support, services, and consultation for the planning, design, construction, repair,



and maintenance of facilities and other real property infrastructure for Supported Commands /liliProvide project management services from project initiation through project closeout, including project governance, planning, design management, quality assurance, cost estimating, scheduling, funds management, project monitoring, and project closeout /liliConduct construction site visits and inspections to verify construction progress and ensure contractor compliance with contract documents, specifications, approved submittals, safety regulations, and quality control plans /liliManage the overall submittal process to ensure timely communication of project requirements and acceptability of Construction Contractor proposed products and installation procedures /liliDraft responses to Requests for Information (RFI) for Government approval to resolve questions, ambiguities, or conflicts in the contract document
