and agents for all post-sale activities related to machinery and promote the sale of spare parts, services, and upgrades; /liliLiaise directly with customers to resolve service issues and oversee the installation of systems and production lines in the pharmaceutical sector, in constant coordination with the Division’s technical and installation teams; /liliManage technical interventions at customer sites, including commissioning, routine and non-routine maintenance, and any malfunctions, with a particular focus on automation components; /liliConduct courtesy visits to customers to promote the sale of spare parts, scheduled maintenance packages, general services, and upgrades; /liliResolve troubleshooting issues directly or through coordination with the relevant internal technical departments. /li /ulh3bMUST HAVE /b /h3ulli3–5 years of prior experience in a similar role providing technical support to customers; /liliTechnical expertise i
