The successful candidate will report directly to the Customer Care Manager and the Head of Logistics Customer Care.



/p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liPerform daily pre-allocation of inbound deliveries and share uploading priorities with the external 3PL warehouse to ensure timely stock intake and processing; /li liAllocate orders and create deliveries for inventory held at the external 3PL warehouse; /li liPrepare weekly outbound shipment forecasts for the external 3PL warehouse; /li liMonitor warehouse stock levels and manage end-of-season stock transfers from in-season locations to outlet and old-stock locations, coordinating closely with Planning and Operations teams to allocate any carry-over surplus to support future business requirements; /li liCreate and update weekly reporting and analyses to monitor shipping performance across Retail, E-commerce, and Wholesale channels; /li liPrepare and maintain the monthly end-of-month delivery comparison report, analyzing shipment performance versus the previous season across all product categories and distribution channels; /li liDevelop ad hoc reports in close collaboration with the Customer Service Manager, ensuring that all requests for shipping performance data and analysis from internal stakeholders and senior management are delivered accurately and with the required level of detail; /li liActively participate in weekly meetings with the
