and ground transportation (trains, flights), ensuring a seamless travel experience. /li liutilize your advanced programming skills to operational plan with different providers, optimizing scheduling efficiency. /li limaintain and update department cost files to facilitate data analysis for senior operations to enable effective cost monitoring and improved planning. /li liBe responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data on general yearly planning that includes: dates, timings, stations, occupancy, meals and other requirements. /li liCreate advanced guest requirements reports for all on-board departments, ensuring luxury experience is delivered. /li liOrganise and coordinate transfers for passengers' arrivals departures based on deep knowledge of Venice logistics, being the main contact for transfer providers. /li liCollect information from different channels ( Reservation Office, Travel agents, Data
