We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales - Junior Account Executive to join our B2B team in Rome. This is a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the growth of the B2B segment in Italy, in a rapidly expanding high-tech company with a stimulating and customer-focused work environment.
- Prospecting and Scouting: Identify and acquire new customers (professionals, SMEs,
and large companies with external collaborators or company fleets) through cross-selling, cold calling, and networking.
- Telephone Management: Conduct comprehensive sales negotiations over the telephone, with a focus on high-volume daily activity.
- Performance Oriented: Achieve the monthly KPIs defined by your manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- Sales & Negotiation: Present, negotiate, and close contracts for Arrive enterprise solutions, providing account support and advice over the phone.
- CRM Management: Keep your CRM (e.g., SugarCrm/Salesforce) up to date to ensure data accuracy and sales process efficiency.
- Sales Quality: Ensure sales quality and customer satisfaction at every stage of the process.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience : 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in Inside Sales (via telephone).
- Technical Skills : Familiarity with CRM (e.g. SugarCrm/Salesforce) and Office package.
- Mindset : Winning mentality, result
