Overview In this role you will bridge treasury operations with general accounting to ensure accurate cash management, tax payments, and month-end closing. You will work within the EMEA Finance team in Milan, collaborating with banking partners and cross-functional stakeholders. Your work will impact liquidity, compliance, and financial reporting in a fast-paced multinational environment. and execute tax payments via F24 forms in compliance with Italian tax regulations * Support cash flow forecasting and monitor daily liquidity positions * Maintain relations with banking partners and manage bank documentation/signature mandates * Perform monthly reconciliations and balancing for payroll-related general ledger accounts * Ensure accurate accounting of withholding taxes, social security contributions, and local/corporate taxes * Prepare and post journal entries related to treasury operations during month-end and year-end closing activities * Assist in internal and external auditing processes by providing accurate financial documentation and reports Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar hybrid role (Treasury/Accounting) within a multinational or structured company * Strong proficiency in SAP ERP (FI module, FI-BL, FI-AP/AR) * High proficiency in MS Excel * Fluent in English and Italian * Deep
