Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will support and contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance and production performance through the following activities: * Analyzing weekly maintenance reports and verifying the effectiveness and consistency of corrective actions * Supporting the integration of Professional Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance activities, including the update of Autonomous Maintenance schedules * Monitoring and analyzing weekly production reports and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicators * Verifying the consistency of key maintenance KPIs, such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), against production data and reports What we're looking for: * A degree (or final-year studies) in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field * A strong interest in manufacturing environments, industrial processes, and continuous improvement methodologies * Motivation to develop your career within a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
