The Candidate will be part of the Group Controlling team, based in Vicenza, and will report directly to the Senior Industrial Controller. Roles & responsibilities: * Plant Controlling Support * Support the monitoring and analysis of manufacturing performance across the Group's plants; * Analyze direct labor, indirect labor and manufacturing overhead costs, identifying variances and areas for improvement; * Monitor operational KPIs, including efficiency, capacity utilization and manufacturing costs. * Costing and product cost analysis * Define,
maintain and monitor standard costs for finished goods and raw materials; * Analyze variances between standard and actual costs; * Support the costing of new products and new collections. * Logistics Cost Controlling < * Monitor and analyze inbound, outbound and warehousing costs across the Group; * Support the evaluation of logistics performance through the analysis of operational and financial KPIs, including transportation, warehouse and handling costs, trucks/containers utilization. * Closings and reporting * Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities; * Prepare budgets, forecasts and business cases relating to areas of responsibility; * Ensure the quality and reliability of data in the ERP and Business Intelligence systems.
