About The Role * Manage our UGC campaign in Italy * Find and recruit UGC creators * Work closely with our global GTM team who will teach you everything you need to know about the campaign What you’ll do * Find and recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram. * Negotiate rates, onboard creators, and manage campaigns. * Review content and give fast, clear feedback. * Keep creators, deadlines, deliverables, and payments organized.
