Your activities * Provides remote support to customers on both commercial and technical matters * Prepares and issues commercial quotations to customers, collaborating with Area Sales Managers and sales agents where applicable * Supports customers during pre-sales activities through to order receipt and assists them in identifying the most suitable technical product requirements * Supports the Area Sales Manager in the continuous update and maintenance of the customer database (CRM) * Monitors quotations and ensures appropriate follow-up activities are carried out * Clarifies technical aspects of orders with internal sales specialists and aligns with the Customer Sales Team Leader on pricing, discounts, and margin-related matters * Maintains regular contact with WIKA production units to optimize the quotation process, including the opening of Internal Requests when required * Supports Area SalesManagers in continuously updating the customer database with information related to prices, discounts, customer master data, product master data,
