Overview As Spare Parts Specialist, you will optimize spare parts operations to ensure smooth order processing, stock availability, and timely support for our dealer and service network. You’ll work cross-functionally with Aftersales, Service, and China Logistics to uphold high service levels and accuracy in data. This role offers impact by improving inventory efficiency and service leadership in a zero-emission, environment-focused company. You will engage with a global team to drive performance and continuous improvement. Responsabilità * Manage spare parts orders from receipt to fulfilment * Monitor spare parts availability and address supply-related issues * Provide daily operational support to service network and dealerships on parts, orders, and logistics * Collaborate with Aftersales, Service, and China Logistics to ensure high service levels * Prepare and update reports on sales, stock levels, backorders,



and KPIs * Analyse data to identify improvement opportunities * Maintain spare parts databases and related information systems * Support inventory planning and stock optimisation Requisiti fondamentali * Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in spare parts and/or aftersales * Good understanding of spare parts management processes and service network operations * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, advanced formulas, data analysis, reporting) * Good command of written and spoken English * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Good organisational and interpersonal skills * Team-oriented mindset with strong customer focus * Analytical thinking * Problem-solving * Organisational skills * Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, advanced formulas) * Data analysis * Spare parts management
