Your profile * Commercial education or a comparable qualification * 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or a similar customer-facing commercial environment * Strong customer focus and communication skills, combined with a proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach * Excellent organizational, analytical, and administrative skills,



with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently * Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems and familiarity with digital business processes * Fluent Italian and English language skills; German is a strong asset Your responsibilities * Manage and develop existing customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and implement customer- and market-specific growth initiatives. * Take ownership of assigned Inside Sales accounts and contribute to revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. * Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads and business opportunities, while supporting customer projects throughout the sales cycle from quotation preparation to contract execution and after-sales support. * Collaborate closely with Field Sales Managers and Regional Leadership to drive business growth and deliver customer-focused solutions. * Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business analyses; monitor performance; and maintain accurate customer, project, and pipeline data
