Your Responsibilities * Support the CMO during meetings and business discussions, including preparing minutes, tracking actions, and following up on outcomes * Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CMO in English, German, and Italian * Act as a key liaison between the CMO and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the organization * Prepare and develop presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal meetings, customer engagements, and public events * Conduct research, gather information, and prepare briefing materials to support decision-making and strategic discussions * Coordinate and prepare meetings, workshops, and executive appointments, ensuring all relevant information and documentation are available * Take ownership of selected projects and special assignments, working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders * Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and key projects,
