Finatal is partnering with a rapidly growing international technology group, backed by one of the world’s leading private equity investors, to appoint a Treasurer as it continues to scale internationally. Generating over €260m in global revenue, the Group has approximately 1,400 employees and a significant international footprint. Working closely with the CFO, you’ll take ownership of treasury across a complex, multi-entity and multi-currency organisation. With exposure to investors, lenders and M&A;, this is an opportunity to shape financing and liquidity strategy while strengthening the treasury function supporting the Group’s continued growth. The Role * Lead Group cash management, liquidity forecasting and cash pooling across multiple jurisdictions. * Manage debt facilities, covenant compliance and relationships with international banks and lenders. * Support the CFO and investors on capital structure,



refinancing and acquisition financing. * Manage FX and interest rate exposure and support hedging strategy. * Play a key role in M&A;, including financing, due diligence and post-deal treasury integration. * Strengthen treasury processes, systems and controls as the Group continues to scale. Your Background * Typically 5+ years of progressive treasury experience. * Strong experience across liquidity, cash management, debt facilities and covenant management. * Experience within a PE-backed, leveraged or multinational environment would be advantageous. * M&A;, integration or acquisition financing exposure is highly desirable. * Fluent English; additional European languages would be advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
