Circular Resourcing are recruiting for a Land Acquisition Manager to identify and secure land acquisition opportunities in Italy for the development of large-scale renewable energy plants. Location: remote/home-based with travel expected Contract type: The role can be permanent, or options to freelance for the right person. RESPONSIBILITIES * Identify and develop new land acquisition opportunities for utility-scale renewable energy projects in Italy * Manage direct contacts with landowners, intermediaries,



and local stakeholders to negotiate and conclude agreements (options, leases, easements, etc.) * Build and maintain long‐term relationships with partners and owners * Collaborate with technical teams to assess the feasibility of identified sites * Support permitting and project development teams throughout the entire life cycle of the initiative * Maintain and expand an active pipeline of opportunities * Plan strategically and critically to ensure project success REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent professional xrdztoy experience * 3+ years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, renewable project development, or business development in Italy * Knowledge of the real estate and/or renewable energy market in Italy (preferred) * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills * Reliable, transparent, and able to build trusting relationships * Strong goal orientation
