About the Role
The Group Cycle Instructor delivers high-quality cycle classes to members, leading engaging and dynamic sessions and adapting to all fitness levels and abilities. The role is part of a premium health and wellness group where team members act as ambassadors for the business. The instructor supports and inspires members to achieve their goals and helps create a thriving and inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality cycle classes to members.
- Lead engaging and dynamic classes.
- Adapt classes to all fitness levels and abilities.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Hold a relevant Cycling/Indoor Cycling qualification issued by a Sports Federation or a Sports Promotion Body recognised by CONI and/or a degree in Sports Science.




- Be able to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
- Have a passion for health and fitness.
- Be able to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
- Have overall great communication and interaction skills.
- Be self-driven with a positive outlook.
- Have a passion for customer service.
