Yali is a dreamy lifestyle brand founded by Pia Zanardi, drawing inspirations from nostalgic eras and new worlds. With color-forward collections of ethereal ready-to-wear and accessories, Yali combines heritage craft and modern techniques in timeless designs. We are looking for a dynamic and versatile person to work across two areas: Design and Image. This role is ideal for someone passionate about both the creative side of product and the way it is communicated.
THE ROLE
Design & Development
- Research and design to expand the collection categories, across ready-to-wear and accessories
- Supporting the design team in creating tech packs and communicating with production
- Researching and sourcing fabrics, appliqués and trims for production, liaising with suppliers and requesting samples
Image & Communication
- Creating newsletters, both commercial campaigns and new formats.
- Bi-weekly monitoring of the website, overseeing both its functionality and the graphic updates.
- Supporting social media management and tracking campaign performance together with the communication team.
- Liaising with press and publications to secure editorial placements and brand coverage
- Conducting visual research across all kinds of publications and preparing a weekly report on the latest industry news, publications and editorials.
What we’re looking for
- A strong aesthetic sense and a product-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- A degree or studies in fashion design are required; professional experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of tech pack development
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
- Familiarity with newsletter platforms, e-commerce CMS and social media.
