About the Role

This role sits within Product & Project Management and the Sport Broadcast and Graphics delivery team, working alongside designers, engineers, and technologists to deliver digital experiences used by millions of fans. It leads cross-functional teams through complex, multi-disciplinary delivery, owning sprint execution, project financials, client relationships, and pre-sales scoping. The role is the central point of alignment between client objectives, delivery execution, and commercial outcomes. It sits at the intersection of delivery discipline and client relationship, with accountability for the sprint plan and the P&L; in the same week as presenting trade-offs to an executive sponsor. It suits someone who treats governance as protecting delivery quality, moves fluidly between detail and the bigger picture, and takes initiative to fix process gaps without waiting to be asked.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex Sport Broadcast and Graphics projects, ensuring alignment between client objectives, delivery execution,



and user experience excellence.
- Translate client business objectives into measurable delivery outcomes that contribute to account and portfolio strategy.
- Facilitate sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives, drive ongoing delivery optimisations, and lead post-launch reviews to measure operational stability and feed learnings back into project, product, and account roadmaps.
- Manage and track team velocity, project financials (P&L;), and KPIs against the project plan, and create and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and reporting documentation.
- Oversee project performance across delivery speed, scope, quality, and cost, protecting project margins through disciplined change control and commercial awareness.
