STORE MANAGER/ PREMIUM LIFESTYLE BRAND / NEW OPENING ROME Responsibilities: * Support the management team in the conduction of the Store * Team Management * Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand * Build a strong customer experience * Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability * Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level * Produce reports and specific analysis The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience: * Fluent spoken English * At least 3 years in managerial role for Luxury or High Premium Brands * Business driven and detailed oriented * Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers #J-18808-Ljbffr
