Mercor is recruiting expert US/Europe-based senior SWEs for a highly challenging project with a leading foundational model AI lab. You are a good fit if you: * Have 10+ years of experience working at top US tech firms * Are passionate about improving model capabilities at complex SWE tasks About the role * You must be able to commit around 20 hours per week for this role * This contract is expected to last 2-3 weekss and includes promotion opportunities within the project * Successful contributions increase the odds that you are selected on future projects with Mercor Vetting process * 30 minute AI interview * Asynchronous SWE exercise and project instructions quiz (2h total, paid $100 for completion) Pay and legal status * This role will pay $150-210/h depending on geography and experience-level #J-18808-Ljbffr
