Guest relation agent | season 2027 | Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel At Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for an empathetic, proactive Guest Relations Agent, who will dedicate themselves to customizing guest stays and anticipating their every need. Primary Responsibilities Include * Review daily arrival lists to identify VIPs, repeat guests, special celebrations, and specific guest preferences. * Contact guests prior to arrival to assist with pre-stay planning and tailored itinerary curation. * Welcome VIP guests personally, conducting in-room check-ins and tailored property introductions. * Act as the dedicated point of contact during stays, resolving feedback and special requests with speed and empathy. * Coordinate bespoke guest amenities, celebratory gifts, and farewell touches with department heads. RequirementsWhat You Bring * Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Concierge, or Front Office in luxury hospitality. * Natural empathy, warmth, and outstanding interpersonal skills.



* Problem-solving agility and creative flair in guest surprise-and-delight initiatives. * Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM / PMS systems. * Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
